The following event message has a new meaning when using RFC-1006:
309: ZOS4-EVT-ACCESS-
ERR
This is not a critical event. The OSI/TS subsystem issues this message when it cannot
access an NSP subdevice (X25AM or TLAM, or TCP/IP socket) or a DSM server (such
as $ZNET). Any transport connections that have been established over the indicated
NSP subdevice will be disconnected.
