What Objects Are Defined Within Each Type?
The NAMES SU command does not display subdevice names associated with NSP
processes.
You can also display the subdevice names, as well as the service names of specific
TAPS or TSP processes, by using the NAMES PROCESS command with the SUB
(subordinate) parameter, as follows:
NAMES PROCESS $TAPS1, SUB
NAMES PROCESS $TSP1, SUB
To display the names for X25AM subdevices, use the NAMES command with the
X25AM LINE object, as in the following command:
NAMES LINE $X25A, SUB
To display the names for TLAM/PAM subdevices, use the NAMES command with
the TLAM/PAM PORT object, as in the following command:
NAMES PORT $LAM1
Displaying the Names of SERVICE Objects
The following command displays the names of the SERVICE objects within a
subsystem:
NAMES SERVICE $OSIM.*
This command returns the same service information as returned by the NAMES $OSIM
command specifying NAMES SERVICE simply limits the amount of information
displayed.
The following command displays the names of the SERVICE objects associated with the
specified TAPS process:
NAMES SERVICE $TAPS1.*
Displaying the Names of PROFILE Objects
The following two commands display the names of PROFILE objects. The first displays
the names of all the PROFILE objects in a subsystem. This command returns the same
profile information as returned by the NAMES $OSIM command specifying NAMES
PROFILE simply limits the amount of information displayed. The second command
displays only the names of Layer 3 PROFILE objects:
NAMES PROFILE $OSIM.*.*
NAMES PROFILE $OSIM.#L3.*
Displaying the Names of ENTRY Objects
The following two commands display the names of ENTRY objects. The first command
displays the names of all the ENTRY objects in a subsystem. This command returns the
same entry information as returned by the NAMES $OSIM command specifying
