Step 6: Correct the Problem
Now that you know what the problem is, you need to correct it. You could alter the TSP
SU #Z000022, but that would only work for one connection. You really need to alter the
field in either the Layer 4 SERVICE object or the Layer 4 PROFILE object. The
question now is: how do you find which attributes to modify?
You already know the name of the session entry with which you’re trying to connect, so
you should look at the information available for that entry.
The SCF command
info entry $omgr.#appl.localx
displays the following:
Next, check the profile information. The Layer 4 profile information is supplied with the
NSAP entry.

displays the following:
This screen shows that a profile has been assigned for this NSAP. (If no profile was
assigned, the attribute values would have been taken from the Layer 4 SERVICE
object.) You should check the values configured for the profile.
