Record #68 shows that X25AM correctly responded to the clear packet with a clear
confirm packet.
Step 6: Analyze the Problem Further Using SCF
You now know there is a problem with the remote subdevice for the application entity
REMOTEX. The next step is to get some information about that entity.
The SCF command
info entry $omgr.#appl.remotex,detail
displays the following:
The NSAP displayed on this screen leads you to the SNPA field. You need to get more
information about the SNPA.
The SCF command
info entry $omgr.#nsap.408333222202,detail
displays the following:
This screen shows that the NSAP is configured for SNPA 02. Now that you know the
SNPA, you can get more information about the SNPA entry.
