can be altered only through the OSI manager process.
L3 and L4 PROCESS or SERVICE objects can be inquired about and altered either
indirectly through the OSI manager process or directly through their associated TSP
processes. However, it is recommended that these SERVICE attributes be altered only
through the OSI manager process. That way, the configuration information is stored
in the MIB and is preserved even if the associated TSP processes fail.
