ZFU-MINOR-SYNC
controls the minor synchronize functional unit. The interpretation of this field
depends on which connection phase is active. During connection
establishment, the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE means the feature is selected, and
ZSPI-VAL-FALSE means it is not selected. During data transfer, the value
ZSPI-VAL-TRUE means the feature has been negotiated, and ZSPI-VAL-
FALSE means it has not been negotiated.
ZFU-MAJOR-SYNC
controls the major synchronize functional unit. The interpretation of this field

ZFU-EXPEDITED
controls the expedited data functional unit. Since OSI/AS does not support
the expedited data functional unit, this field always has the value ZSPI-VAL-
FALSE.
ZFU-ACTIVITY
controls the activity management functional unit. The interpretation of this
field depends on which connection phase

the feature is selected, and ZSPI-VAL-FALSE means it is not selected. During
