OSI/AS-Specific Compatibility Information
It is assumed, in this case, that the application, OSI/AS, OSI/TS, and X25AM or TLAM
are all running on D-series systems in an Expand network. This combination allows
you to take full advantage of the D-series system software; all processes may run at
either a high PIN or a low PIN and the application may take advantage of the D-series
Guardian 90 procedure calls.
C30 OSI/AS Running in a
C-Series System
The C30 version of OSI/AS, running at a low PIN, can run in a C-series system (a
system running a C30 version or higher of Guardian 90).
General Compatibility Information
Within a C-series system or between two or more C-series systems in an Expand
network, only low PIN processes are permitted.
OSI/AS-Specific Compatibility Information
It is assumed, in this case, that the application, OSI/AS, OSI/TS, and X25AM or TLAM
are all running on C30 (or higher) C-series systems in an Expand network and that the
application is not using the D-series Guardian 90 procedure calls.
