has the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE, indicating that the EMS compatibility distributor
will route the event message to the designated operator console and, in compatible
mode, to the OPRLOG and any $AOPR process.
Probable Cause
OSI/AS detected a trap caused by a hardware or software error.
Recommended Action
Contact your Tandem representative. Provide a log of the error.

Both OSI manager and TAPS processes issue this event message.
