Probable Cause
OSI/AS reports this event for one of the following reasons:
Insufficient resources in backup CPU
Insufficient space on swap disk
Backup CPU down
Recommended Action
If the backup CPU is down, it must be reloaded before the backup process can be
brought up.
Consideration
Both OSI manager and TAPS processes issue this event message.
