Event Messages
056785 Tandem Computers Incorporated 6–29
ZFIL-TKN-XFILENAME
for D-series systems, is the name of the TSP subdevice to which access failed.
ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS
has the value ZSPI-VAL-FALSE, indicating that this is not a critical event.
ZEMS-TKN-CONSOLE-PRINT
has the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE, indicating that the EMS compatibility distributor
will route the event message to the designated operator console and, in compatible
mode, to the OPRLOG and any $AOPR process.
Probable Cause
OSI/AS reports this event for one of the following reasons:
The TSP process is not STARTED.
The TSP process is not allowing open requests.
Resource limitations in the file system, the TSP process, or the TAPS process were
exceeded.
A subsystem internal error occurred.
Recommended Action
If the TSP process is not started, start it and retry.
If the TSP process is not allowing opens, issue an OSI/TS ALLOWOPENS command
and retry.
If the TSP or TAPS process is encountering permanent resource limitations,
reconfigure the OSI/TS or OSI/AS subsystem to spread the load across several
processes. If a temporary resource limitation is reached, retry the connection after the
crisis has passed.
Otherwise, contact your Tandem representative, providing a log of the event message.
Consideration
Only the TAPS process issues this event message.
