TRACE PROCESS
SELECT select-spec
specifies the type of activity you wish to trace; it consists of one or more
keywords in the following form:
keyword
is one of the following keywords. The following table summarizes the
processes for which each keyword applies:
ALL
specifies selecting all trace options. ALL is the default keyword for
SELECT. This keyword applies when tracing all processes—initiator,
responder, and APLMGR processes.
ASN1
specifies tracing of input and output from ASN.1 encoding and
decoding. This keyword applies only when tracing an initiator or a
responder process.
DSM
specifies tracing of DSM requests and DSM responses. This keyword
applies when tracing all processes—initiator, responder, and APLMGR.
MEM
specifies tracing of memory allocation and deallocation. This keyword
applies when tracing all processes—initiator, responder, and APLMGR.
MSG
specifies tracing of all file-system requests and responses. This keyword
applies when tracing all processes—initiator, responder, and APLMGR.
