If diagnostic shows the source of the error as the responding file
protocol machine (4), see the OSI/FTAM Programming Reference Manual
for a complete list of ISO-defined diagnostic messages that a remote
responder might generate. If the source of the error is the initiating file
protocol machine (2), for a list of NonStop initiator diagnostic messages,
also see the OSI/FTAM Programming Reference Manual.
Figure 4-5 on page 4-58 illustrates how to handle errors in indication and confirm
procedures. Note that the OSI/FTAM Programming Reference Manual contains the
