SUBSYS (Subsystem) Object
ADMD—specifies the name of the administration management domain for the final
destination of this route.
PRMD—specifies the name of the private management domain for the final
destination of this route.
ORG-NAME—specifies the organization name for the final destination of this route.
SUBSYS (Subsystem) Object
The SUBSYS object name is typically the MHS manager process name (preceded by #
instead of $), but need not be.
ROUTING-FNAME (ROUTEDB)—specifies the file name of the OSI/MHS routing
database.
USER-FNAME (USERDB)—specifies the file name of the OSI/MHS user
database.
DL-FNAME (DLDB)—specifies the name of the distribution list database for the
OSI/MHS subsystem.
DL-MEMBER-FNAME (DLMEMDB)—specifies the name of the distribution list
member database for the OSI/MHS subsystem.
CUG-SEARCH-FNAME (CUGDB)—specifies the name of the closed user group
search database for the OSI/MHS subsystem.
MTA-ASSOC-FNAME (ASSOCDB)—specifies the file name of the OSI/MHS
association database.
OSI-MGR (OSIMGR)—specifies the name of the local OSI manager process. It
must reside on the same node as the MHS manager process.
ISO-COUNTRY-NAME (I-COUNTRY)—specifies the name of the country in which
this OSI/MHS subsystem resides.
ADMD-NAME (ADMD)—specifies the name of the administration management
domain (ADMD) that serves this OSI/MHS subsystem.
PRMD-NAME (PRMD)—specifies the name of the private management domain
(PRMD) that serves this OSI/MHS subsystem. This attribute is required to
configure a PRMD. In this example, we are configuring a PRMD called
DEVICEIND.
MTA-DESIGNATOR (MTADESIG)—specifies the MTA designator of this OSI/MHS
subsystem. This is added to a message, along with the ISO country name, the
ADMD, and (optionally) PRMD, to allow later tracing of the path taken by the
message.
Note. The ROUTE attributes listed above do not appear in the MTA configuration diagrams
but are included in the MTA configuration files.
