Statistics Counter Problem
The SCF command that displays the relevant statistics counters for RTS processes is
STATS PROCESS. The following is an example of the output from a STATS
PROCESS command applied to an RTS process:

A bad connection or a problem with a connection is shown by an increase in any of the
counters indicated in boldface above. The counters prefixed with Inc-assocs- are for
incoming associations, and those prefixed with Out-assocs- are for outgoing
associations. The incoming association counters are used when OSI/MHS is the
responder of an association, and the outgoing association counters are used when
