The trace shows in record number 9 that the bind is being rejected with the error
msBindErrorUAPParams = 0. This error indicates an authentication failure. The O/R
name and credentials are checked by the RS process; if any part of the name or
credentials fails this check, then an authentication failure is returned. Check all O/R
attributes against the initiator's values. To see the initiator’s values, look at trace record
number 6 and give the INFO APPL command with the detail option: the values should
match. Here is an excerpt from the output of the INFO APPL command applied to user
UAMS19:
