Errors and Error Recovery
When a SAVEMBOX error occurs, SAVEMBOX stops processing and issues an error
message. Check the error message, correct the problem, then run SAVEMBOX again.
Be sure to delete any partially created mailbox save file that might exist.
When a RESTMBOX error occurs, RESTMBOX stops processing and issues an error
message. Check the error message, correct the problem, then run RESTMBOX again.
The recovery action depends on the mode being used.

In RESTORE mode, you must delete the APPL object’s mailbox. To do this, delete
the APPL object while the MS is in the STARTED state. Then add the APPL object
again and rerun RESTMBOX.

In APPEND mode, there is no special recovery action. When RESTMBOX is
rerun, it will continue to restore messages from the point at which it stopped.
The following errors are defined for SAVEMBOX and RESTMBOX.
(0001) parameter error. A parameter is invalid or missing. Specify valid parameters
and retry the command.
(0002) APPL is not STOPPED. The specified MS APPL object is not stopped. Stop
the MS APPL object and rerun the command.
(0003) APPL object does not exist. The specified MS APPL object does not exist.
Specify the correct MS APPL object and retry the command.
(0004) subsys not configured. The OSI/MHS subsystem specified in the APPL and
INSTALL-SV parameters does not exist. Specify the correct parameters and retry the
command.
(0005) SQL error. An SQL error has been encountered. Determine the cause of the
SQL error and retry the command.
(0006) File System error error on file file. A file system error has been
encountered. Determine the cause of the file system error and retry the command.
(0007) APPL object is not an MS APPL object. The access-type of the APPL object
is not MS. Specify the correct MS APPL object and retry the command.
(0008) Unexpected error. An unexpected error has occurred. Copy the OUT file of
the SAVEMBOX or RESTMBOX program and provide it to your HP representative.
(0009) Error in parameter VERBOSE/MODE/INSTALL-SV/SAVEFILE. You are
probably mistyping a parameter. Correct the command, then retype it.
The following errors are defined for SAVEMBOX only.
(0100) mailbox-save-file exists. The specified mailbox save file already exists.
Delete the file or specify a different file. Retry the command.
(0101) mailbox-save-file full. The specified mailbox save file is full. Rerun
SAVEMBOX specifying a bigger value in the MAXEXTENTS parameter.
