OSI/MHS Routing Principles
Routes must be defined at each MTA to determine where the MTA will send messages
for any possible recipients. You define routes using SCF or a management
application; for each route, you define the recipient or set of recipients to be reached
by the route. You designate the set of users by certain common elements of their O/R
names, typically the country, ADMD, and optionally PRMD.
