Message Flow Through the Transfer X400 Gateway

This subsection describes how a message flows through the gateway when you are

exporting a message from the Transfer subsystem to OSI/MHS and when you are

importing a message from OSI/MHS to the Transfer subsystem. The description of

exporting and importing messages is from the point of view of the Transfer user.

Exporting a Message From Transfer to OSI/MHS

Figure 1-17 shows the message flow when you export a message from Transfer to

OSI/MHS through the Transfer X400 gateway.
