tokens only if the value of the header token ZSPI-TKN-MAXRESP is not 0.

Operational Notes

ADD DLIST is a sensitive command.
•
The O/R name of a distribution list must be unique within an OSI/MHS subsystem
and must not conflict with any existing DLIST, APPL, or ROUTE object type O/R
name. These distribution list O/R name attributes are not optional. Some attributes
that specify one of the valid mnemonic, numeric, or terminal O/R names defined by
X.402 (1988) must exist.

The distribution list owner O/R name attributes are optional. However, if any are
specified, they must be one of the valid mnemonic, numeric, or terminal O/R names
defined by X.402 (1988). The distribution list owner O/R-name attributes are for
information only; they are not used within the OSI/MHS subsystem.
