ADD SUBSYS
ZMS-OPERATION
controls whether the MS operation accounting events are generated. 
ZMHS-VAL-FLAG-ON means the MS operation accounting events are 
generated. The default is ZMHS-VAL-FLAG-OFF.
ZMHS-MAP-GLOBAL-ADD-PARAMS
is an extensible structured token that contains global information for the OSI/MHS 
subsystem. This token is required. These attributes cannot be changed using the 
ALTER SUBSYS command. The ZMHS-MAP-GLOBAL-ADD-PARAMS 
definition, ZMHS-DDL-GLOBAL-ADD-PARAMS, contains the following fields:
ZISOCOUNTRY
is a structure that contains the country code and contains the following fields:
ZLENGTH
is the length of the ZSTRING field. The range of values is 1 through 2.
ZSTRING
contains the country code. 
ZADMD
is a structure that contains the name of the OSI/MHS ADMD (administration 
management domain) and contains the following fields:
ZLENGTH
is the length of the ZSTRING field. The range of values is 1 through 16 
characters.
ZSTRING
contains the name of the OSI/MHS ADMD.
ZPRMD
is a structure that contains the name of the OSI/MHS PDMD (private 
management domain) and contains the following fields:
ZLENGTH
is the length of the ZSTRING field. The value is in the range 1 through 16 
characters, or it is -1, indicating that it is not used.
ZSTRING
contains the name of the OSI/MHS PDMD.
