19: ZMHS-EVT-INVALID-PASSWORD

An invalid password was received in a bind attempt from an OSI/MHS MTA or APPL

object. This is not a critical event.

Token Descriptions

ZCOM-TKN-OBJNAME

is the name of the object referred to in the event.

ZCOM-TKN-OBJTYPE

is the type of the object referred to in the event.

ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS

has the value ZSPI-VAL-FALSE, indicating that this is not a critical event.

ZEMS-TKN-CONSOLE-PRINT

has the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE.

Cause. An invalid password was received from an MTA or an APPL.

Recovery. Investigate repeated failed bind attempts. Reconfigure the OSI/MHS

subsystem to disable the object.

Consideration

This event message is reported to the primary collector.
