48: ZMHS-EVT-CROSS-THRESHOLD
ZMHS-TKN-RES-ID
identifies the specific resource whose threshold has been exceeded. Possible values
and corresponding message text are:
Cause. The defined utilization threshold for the specified resource was crossed. The
threshold marks the boundary between the range of normal or acceptable utilization
values and the range of values that indicate overutilization. When utilization crosses the
threshold out of the normal range, ZMHS-TKN-RES-CONDITION contains 0 and the
message text notes that utilization is “above” the threshold. When utilization crosses the
threshold returning into the normal range, ZMHS-TKN-RES-CONDITION contains 1
and the message text reports that utilization is “below” the threshold.
Recovery. Consult the message text (or examine the value of ZMHS-TKN-RES-
SUBSYS) to determine the resource type. If the resource is a PDU store file, use a PUP
ALTER MAXEXTENTS command to configure more space for the file. If the resource
is a memory buffer, and the problem is persistent, get assistance from a Compaq
representative.
