MPS Error and Informational Messages
Cause. This message reports a problem with a configuration parameter value specified
on startup of the MPS.
Effect. It is a fatal error and causes the MPS to ABEND.
Recovery. Correct the configuration parameter value that is in error and restart or
reconfigure the MPS.
