MPS Error and Informational Messages
Cause. This message reports an I/O problem with the configuration database. The I/O
function, the file name, and the file-system error number are reported in the message.
Effect. In general, this error reports an unrecoverable situation, and the MPS will
ABEND.
Recovery. Look up the error number in the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages
Manual. Correct the reported problem with the file, and restart the MPS.
