Diagnostic Codes
(41) Undeliverable-mail-recipient-changed-address-temporarily
indicates that the subject-message was undeliverable because the recipient specified 
in the recipient postal-O/R-address has changed address temporarily (on travel) and 
forwarding was not applicable.
(42) Undeliverable-mail-recipient-changed-temporary-address
indicates that the subject-message was undeliverable because the recipient specified 
in the recipient postal-O/R-address has changed temporary address (departed) and 
forwarding was not applicable.
(43) Undeliverable-mail-new-address-unknown
indicates that the subject-message was undeliverable because the recipient has 
moved and the recipient’s new address is unknown.
(44) Undeliverable-mail-recipient-did-not-want-forwarding
indicates that the subject-message was undeliverable because delivery would have 
required physical-forwarding that the recipient did not want.
(45) Undeliverable-mail-originator-prohibited-forwarding
indicates that the physical-forwarding required for the subject-message to be 
delivered has been prohibited by the originator of the subject-message.
(46) Secure-messaging-error
indicates that the subject could not be progressed because it would violate the 
security-policy in force.
(47) Unable-to-downgrade
indicates that the subject could not be transferred because it could not be 
downgraded.
