ADD MTA Command
COUNTRY-NAME
specifies the actual name of the country for the MTA. It has a length of 40
alphabetic characters. This attribute is present for information purposes only.
DOWNGRDE-GW
specifies the name of a gateway used for downgrading messages routed to this MTA
having P22 content to P2 content. It has a maximum length of 32 alphanumeric
characters. This attribute is optional and needs to be used only if downgrading P22
messages for the MTA is to be enabled.
ISO-COUNTRY-NAME
specifies the ISO country name of the MTA. It has a length of two printable
characters.
LOC-NSAP-(1-7)
defines the network service access point (NSAP) part of this subsystem’s OSI
address. This value identifies a network layer entity. It is a hexadecimal string with
a maximum length of 40 characters, and the string must contain an even number of
characters. If you do not use this part of the address, it has a length of zero and the
string portion is blank-filled.
LOC-PSELECTOR-(1-7)
defines the P-selector part of this subsystem’s OSI address. This value identifies a
presentation layer entity. It is a hexadecimal string with a maximum length of 32
characters, and the string must contain an even number of characters. If you do not
use this part of the address, it has a length of zero and the string portion is blank-
filled.
LOC-SSELECTOR-(1-7)
defines the S-selector part of this subsystem’s OSI address. This value identifies a
session layer entity. It is a hexadecimal string with a maximum length of 40
characters, and the string must contain an even number of characters. If you do not
