GIP Trace Records
Local address
contains the following local address components:
PSEL:
is the P-selector, a number between 2 and 32 hexadecimal characters
SSEL:
is the S-selector, a number between 2 and 32 hexadecimal characters
TSEL:
is the T-selector, a number between 2 and 64 hexadecimal characters
NSAP:
is the T-selector, a number between 2 and 40 hexadecimal characters
Remote address
contains the following remote address components:

GIP Trace Records
There are four kinds of trace records generated by the Gateway Interface Process (GIP):

GWYMSG — generated when a message is received by the GIP that the GIP
supports
•
GWYTROUT — entrypoint records for specific outbound processes in the GIP
•
GWYTRIN — entrypoint records for specific inbound processes in the GIP
•
GWYERR — generated when a message is received by the GIP that the GIP does
not support
