OSI/MHS SCF Error Messages
This appendix lists and describes the OSI/MHS SCF error messages.
MHS E00001
Cause. The network is not available for the implementation of this command. This
error can occur when a group is started on a remote node that is unavailable.
Recovery. Determine and correct the network problem before retrying the command.
MHS E00002
Cause. The APPL object is an MS APPL object and has messages in the database. The
APPL object cannot be deleted using the modifier specified in the command.
Recovery. Use the MAX modifier and retry the DELETE command.
MHS E00003
Cause. The APPL object is logged on and the SUSPEND or STOP command cannot be
honored using the modifier specified in the command.
Recovery. Use the FORCED modifier to stop or suspend the APPL object.
MHS E00004
Cause. An attempt was made to add a group using a PDU file name or PDU log file
name being used by another group.
Recovery. Use another PDU or log file name, or delete or alter the group that is using
the log or PDU file name.
MHS E00005
Cause. An attempt was made to add a group using a process name that is not unique in
the subsystem.
MHS E00001 Command cannot be completed because of
network state
MHS E00002 Cannot delete object-name APPL - messages in
mailbox
MHS E00003 Cannot stop/suspend object-name APPL - logged on
MHS E00004 Duplicate PDU or PDU log file: file-name
MHS E00005 Duplicate process name: process-name
