OSI /MHS SCF Reference Manual—424828-001
B-4
MHS E00014
Cause. An attempt was made to specify an O/R name for a DLIST or DLISTMEMBER
object which does not conform to a valid Mnemonic, Numeric, or Terminal O/R name
form defined in X.402 (1988).
Recovery. Retry the command, using a valid O/R name.
MHS E00015
Cause. An attempt was made to add an APPL OSI address attribute (APPL-
PSELECTOR, APPL-SSELECTOR, APPL-TSELECTOR, or APPL-NSAP) when
adding or altering an APPL object for an MS group for which no MS-BIND-PW-SVR
attribute has been configured.
Recovery. Omit the OSI address attributes for the APPL object, or configure an
MS-BIND-PW-SVR attribute for the MS group.
MHS E00016
Cause. While the MHSMGR was processing an ADD, ALTER, or DELETE APPL
command, the MS Bind password server (as defined in the MS-BIND-PW-SVR attribute
of the MS group) returned an error response to the MHSMGR. The MS Bind password
server can return error responses for reasons outside the scope of OSI/MHS and these
errors depend on the implementation of the MS Bind password server process.
Recovery. Verify that the USER-PASSWORD attribute specified for the APPL object
conforms to the conventions required by the MS Bind password server (note that such
conventions are outside the scope of OSI/MHS).
MHS E00017
Cause. An attempt was made to add or alter a GROUP object in which the priority
value specified for the GROUP, or for one of the processes in the GROUP, is invalid.
Recovery. Retry the command, using a valid priority value. The priority must be
greater than zero and less than the priority of the OSI/MHS manager process.
