FS-error is the file system error returned.
Recovery. Provide a valid file or process name and retry the command.
MHS E32767
Cause. On an ALTER MON command, the backup CPU was specified to run in the
same CPU as the primary process.
Recovery. Retry the command, using a different CPU.

1 through 4)
