Category Description
Message submission attributes Determine what types of messages the user may submit (for
example, the maximum message length).
Message delivery attributes Define what types of messages can be delivered to this
APPL object (for example, the message content types). An
APPL object that accesses the system through the Transfer
Gateway defines only elements of this category. It only uses
the common message delivery attributes.
Message retrieval attributes Refer only to those APPL objects that access the system
through MS groups. They define the attribute that can be
used for accessing the APPL objects mailbox. APPL
objects of this access type also have all other categories
defined. Operations are limited to the attributes configured
as ON when the message is stored.
