ADD DLIST Command
OW-TERMINAL-TYPE
specifies the terminal type for the distribution list owner.
OW-X121-ADDR
specifies the X.121 address for the distribution list owner. You must specify a valid
X.121 address. This value has a maximum length of 15 numeric characters.
Considerations
•
The O/R name of a distribution list (the attributes having a DL-prefix) must be
unique within an OSI/MHS subsystem and must not conflict with any existing
DLIST, APPL, or ROUTE object type O/R name.
These distribution list O/R name attributes are not optional. Some attributes that
specify one of the valid mnemonic, numeric, or terminal O/R names defined by
X.402 (1988) must exist.

You can specify an individual distribution list O/R name value as a single asterisk
without quotation marks (*) to indicate that the element is not used as part of the
O/R name. For more information, refer to Wild-Card Notation in O/R Names on
page 1-10.

The distribution list owner O/R name attributes (those having a OW-prefix) are
optional. However, if any are specified, they must be one of the valid mnemonic,
numeric, or terminal O/R names defined by X.402 (1988). The distribution list
owner O/R-name attributes are for information only: they are not used within the
OSI/MHS subsystem.
Example
The following command adds a DLIST object type $ZMHS.#READERSLIST. The
example includes both distribution list and distribution list owner attributes:
ADD DLIST $ZMHS.#READERSLIST, &
