ADD DLISTMEMBER Command
ORG-NAME
specifies the DLIST member organization name. This value has a maximum length
of 64 alphanumeric characters.
ORG-UNIT-(1-4)
specifies the DLIST member organizational unit name. This value has a maximum
length of 32 alphanumeric characters.
PRMD
specifies the DLIST member private management domain name. This value has a
maximum length of 16 alphanumeric characters.
SUR-NAME
specifies the DLIST member surname (last name) of the personal name set. This
value has a maximum length of 40 alphanumeric characters.
TERMINAL-ID
specifies the DLIST member terminal identifier. This value has a maximum length
of 24 alphanumeric characters.
TERMINAL-TYPE
specifies the DLIST member terminal type.
X121-ADDR
specifies the DLIST member X.121 address/network address. You should enter a
valid X.121 address. This value has a maximum length of 15 numeric characters.
Considerations
•
DLISTMEMBER object O/R name attributes are not checked for uniqueness. A
particular recipient can appear within multiple distribution lists.
•
DLISTMEMBER object O/R name attributes must be valid mnemonic, numeric, or
terminal O/R names defined by X.402 (1988).
•
You can specify an individual DLISTMEMBER O/R name value as a single asterisk
without quotation marks (*) to indicate that the element is not used as part of the
O/R name. For more information, refer to Wild-Card Notation in O/R Names on
page 1-10.
•
The O/R name of a DLISTMEMBER object can identify another distribution list,
resulting in a nested distribution list. There is no limit to the number of nested
distribution lists you can define.
Nested distribution lists that recursively (either directly or indirectly) include each
other should not be configured. An attempt to send a message to such a list can
result in an unrouteable-message error condition.
