Troubleshooting Example
The screen does not show any errors for the TSP subdevice or for the NSP subdevice 
associated with the TSP subdevice. Note that if the TSP process has many subdevices 
opened and another Compaq OSI product is also being used, it may be difficult to 
associate a particular subdevice with a particular application. In this case, you might use 
the command CHECK SU $TSP.*, APPL to find the information.
Step 3:  Review the Statistics, Using SCF
Next, it would be helpful to check the service statistics for the TSP process.
The SCF command
stats service $tsp2.#L4
displays the following:
This screen shows that one TPDU was sent and one TPDU was received.  You can also 
see in the last two lines that no transport connection was ever established.
From this information, you can narrow the problem down to the Transport Layer. The 
application is waiting for the Transport Layer to establish a connection, but the 
Transport Layer is unable to do so. The fact that TPDUs have been exchanged indicates
