ERR
The OSI/TS subsystem failed to add, start, abort, or delete a subdevice to or from an
X25AM or TLAM I/O process. Failure to add or start a subdevice causes the
associated transport connection to be disconnected; outstanding transport service
requests are returned with an error. No further action is taken for abort or delete
failure.
