Probable Cause
The remote transport user was not ready to accept a transport connection, or it was not
using the transport (TSAP) addresses specified in the connect request.
Recommended Action
Check the subdevice configuration for correctness of the following destination
addresses: remote TSAP, remote NSAP, remote LAN SNPA, or X.25 destination
address.
