About This Guide

The OSM Service Connection User's Guide is available as online help within the OSM Service

Connection, and in the NonStop Technical Library.

From within the OSM Service Connection, you can:

Get context-sensitive help by selecting a system resource object, action, or OSM

management window area and pressing the F1 key. Help is also available from dialog

box Help button. (Accessing help in this manner gives you the appropriate help topic but

not the full-featured Search and Index functions available by opening the help as

described in the second bullet.)

Access the main help interface by selecting Help > Download OSM Help from the OSM

toolbar. Because of Internet Explorer security features, you are now required to save this

help file to your PC before opening. Then you can open the help at any time, even

without an active OSM Service Connection session. This help file offers the Search and

Index features not available from the F1 help interface.

Note: When you upgrade to a newer version of OSM T0682, repeat the download

process to get the latest OSM help file.
