• Event Detail
The Event Detail tab provides detailed information for the selected event. The information
includes the Event Text, Node Name, SSID, Event Number, Severity, CPU, PIN, Subsystem OID,
Customer Name, Location, Message Group, Generation Time, Log Time, Receive Time, Service
ID, Subject, Manager, Process, OVO, Group, Subgroup, Node Config Name and Full Node
Name.

• Notes
The Notes tab is available only if an Acknowledged event is selected in the Event View pane.
This provides information about the reason why the event was acknowledged and any
additional notes added by users. You can use this tab to add additional notes to the existing
acknowledged events. To add a note, just type in the text in the box adjacent to the Add
button and click on the Add button.
