Clicking on the Edit button will display the Edit Expression dialog box.

The Edit Expression dialog box has several options to create a valid expression. The Boolean
Expression can be created by combining field names (Field Name drop-down box) and values (Field
Value combo box) using one or more operators. The various operators are available as buttons on
the tab page.
For example:
<Field Name> <Operator> <Field Value>
CPU = 1
Other buttons available on the tab page are:
• Delete Last
This button enables you to delete the last entry in the expression.
• Clear
This button deletes the Boolean Expression.
• Edit Manually
This button enables you to edit the Boolean Expression manually. Clicking on the Edit Manually
button displays the Compose Expression dialog box. Extreme caution should be used if you
select to use this feature. The syntax used in this panel has not been documented, so you have
to learn as you go. Failure to get the syntax correct will corrupt your filter.
