5-1-2 Telnet
Console provides the facility to access Telnet sessions for backend processes. Click on the plus sign
(+) next to the Telnet tool to expand the view to see all the configured nodes. The Telnet window is
displayed by double-clicking the node for which a Telnet session is required. The Telnet window is
displayed in the Events View pane. Remember that this is a Telnet session, so block mode
applications, like Tedit, will NOT work. We plan on enhancing this feature in the future to support a full
6530 emulator.

The Telnet Toolbar provides you with different options during TACL sessions. The different options
available are:
Connect
To connect the selected Host for Telnet sessions, click on
icon on the Telnet toolbar.
Connection will be made to the Host.
Disconnect
To disconnect the Host for Telnet sessions, click on
icon on the Telnet toolbar.
