3. The Modify OVO Application: NonStop Server window for the selected tool is displayed.

Specify the parameters in the dialog box. Specify the command for the call in the Application Call field.
<nonstop node> -cmd “<command>”
Substitute <nonstop node> with the name of the HP NonStop node (without \) to receive command.
<command> is the action that would be taken. For example, PEEK /CPU <cpu number>/. In this example,
substitute <cpu number> with the HP NonStop node CPU number you desire (0-15).
4. Select the Start on Management Server option. Also specify the Target node and enter the User Name and
Password.
5. Click on the OK button.
NSCMD is responsible for sending commands or actions to the remote HP NonStop Server for execution and
forwarding the responses to the HP Operations Manager environment.
