5-4-2 Configuring the HPOM9 Environment
The OM 9 UNIX Administration UI will be used to configure the HP NonStop Server templates, and assign
HPOM9 users responsibilities. The NonStop Server icon is added to the OVO Node Bank Group after OVNM
installation. To configure the HPOM9 environment, perform the following steps.
• Assign HP NonStop Server Template Group
• Deploy HP NonStop Server Template Group
• Set User Responsibilities and Applications
NOTE:
The opc program requires a User ID and Password. Please acquire them from the HPOM Administrator.
5-4-2-1 Assign HP NonStop Server Template Group
To assign HP NonStop Server Template Group, perform the following steps.
1. In the OMU window, click the Node Bank link in the Object Banks area.
