NOTE: Under normal circumstances, Elink should already be running before you start this application,
which would make this option meaningless. In the event that you require a VPN connection to be
established before you can connect to the HP NonStop, then you can configure the Elink Service to be
MANUALLY started and use the Configuration Client to start it when needed. The Auto-start elink at
startup should always be checked. Un-checking this option will prevent the Configuration Client from
starting Elink when Elink is not already running.
