This allows you to test for an RDF STATE that is
NORMAL - UPDATE STOPPED

This will generate an alert if an RDF takeover is in
progress.

This threshold allows you to test the value of the
ERROR returned by RDFCOM.
In case the RDFCOM returns a value of all asterisks
(****), OVNM interprets it as 9999 (four nines).
To track
occurrence of this error, you can test for “=
9999” or “Greater than 9998” or an equivalent
Boolean operation.
