Delete File
This recovery method will delete the file that violates the
threshold condition set.
This recovery method is available for the FILE EXISTS
threshold.
DYNAMIC/FILE
Delete Files Older Than <Value 1> Days
This recovery method will delete a monitored file older
than the number of days specified in the Value 1 field.
This recovery method is available for the FILE EXISTS
threshold.
DYNAMIC/FILE
Increase Maximum Extent By <Value 1>
Number
This recovery method will increase the maxextents
allocated to the monitored file by the number specified in
the Value 1 field.
This recovery method is available for the following
thresholds:
• MAX EXTENTS
• PERCENT EMPTY
• PERCENT FULL
DYNAMIC/FILE
Increase Maximum Extents By <Value 1>
Percentage
This recovery method will increase the maxextents
allocated to the monitored file by the percentage
specified in the Value 1 field.
This recovery method is available for the following
thresholds:
• MAX EXTENTS
• PERCENT EMPTY
• PERCENT FULL
FILE
Create File Like <Value 1>
This recovery method will create a file like the value set in
Value 1 field and name it as the monitored file.
This recovery method is available for the FILE NOT
EXISTS threshold.
FILE
Create File Like <Value 1> Like <Value 2>
This recovery method will create a file having value set in
Value 1 field equal to the value in the Value 2 field.
This recovery method is only available for the FILE NOT
EXISTS threshold.

Logfile to the value specified in <Value 1> field.
This recovery method is available for the LOGFILE 2
CLOSED threshold.
