The primary partition of a partitioned file is evaluated independently of the entire file. OVNM evaluates
the primary partition by
itself, if the evaluation of the entire file does not show a violation. This evaluation only
impacts PERCENT FULL and PERCENT EMPTY and only when the entire file has passed the threshold violation
test.
