This threshold type allows the user to check the link
activation XID exchange state. This value signifies
that the link station is engaged in a link activation
XID exchange with a node that does support the
Exch State indicator and they are validated.

This threshold type allows the user to check the link
activation XID exchange state. This value signifies
that the link station is engaged in a link activation
XID exchange with a node that does NOT support
the Exchange Station indicators.

This threshold type allows the user to check the link
activation XID exchange state. This value signifies
