CIRCUIT CONNECTED
This threshold monitors whether the circuit is in the
circuit connected state, that is, the end-to-end
connection has been established thereby allowing
LLC Type 2services from end-to-end in addition to
LLC Type 1 services.

CIRCUIT DISCONNECT
PENDING
This threshold monitors whether the circuit is in the
circuit disconnect pending state, that is, the DLSW
that originated the disconnect state is awaiting the
DL_HALTED response to a HALT_DL message.

CIRCUIT DISCONNECTED
This threshold monitors whether the circuit is in the
disconnected state, that is, the initial state with no
circuit or connection established, ICE DLSW is
awaiting either a CANUREACH_CS, or an
ICANREACH_CS.

CIRCUIT DSAP ADDRESS This threshold monitors the circuit’s DSAP address,
that is, a sequence of hexadecimal digits (0-9, A-F)
from %h4 to %hEC inclusive. It is the Service Access

circuit has been established. At this time LLC Type 1
services are available from end-to-end.

ACK
This threshold monitors whether the circuit is in the
circuit halt pending state. If the remote DLSW is
awaiting the DLC_DL_HALTED indication following
the DLC_HALT_DL request, due to receiving a
HALT_DL message.

This threshold monitors whether the circuit is in the
circuit halt pending no ack state. If the remote
DLSW is awaiting the DLC_DL_HALTED indication
following the DLC_HALT_DL request due to
receiving a HALT_DL_NOACK message.

CIRCUIT PENDING This threshold monitors whether the circuit is in the
circuit pending state, that is, the target DLSW is
awaiting a REACH_ACK response to an
ICANREACH_CS message.
