Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you enter a valid search string in the Collector combo-box
and click on the Search button to retrieve all the collector files for an offline Node.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you enter an invalid search string in the Collector combo-
box and click on the Search button to retrieve all the collectors/log files on the server.
Action to be taken: Enter a valid search string in the Collector combo-box and then click on the Search button. For
details on entering a valid search string, refer to Chapter 5: in the OVNM Console Guide

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you enter a valid search string in the Filter File combo-box
and then click on the Search button to retrieve all the filter files for an offline Node.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you enter a valid search string in the Log File combo-box
and then click on the Search button to retrieve all the log files for a Node, which is offline.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you do not select the collectors from the Search Results list
using the >> button and send a request to run the query.
Action to be taken: Click on the collectors in the Search Results list and select them using the >> button. Now,
click on the Send Request button to send a request for running the query.
