5-2-4 Working with Web Links
Depending on your business requirement and preference, Console allows you to add groups and web links, thus
increasing the operator productivity.
The different error messages and warnings displayed while adding, editing or deleting a web link or group,
causes and the action to be taken is described in the following table.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the Name field in the Add/Edit dialog box is left blank while
adding/editing a web link. It is also displayed when the Name field in the Add/Edit dialog box is left blank while
adding or editing group.
Action to be taken: Specify the name of the web link or the group to be added in the Name field in Add/Edit
dialog box.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the URL field in the Add/Edit Link dialog box is left blank.
Action to be taken: Specify the URL of the web link to be added in the URL field in Add/Edit Link dialog box

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you try to edit an active link.
Action to be taken: Close the active link and then edit the link by right clicking on the name of the link and selecting
the Edit option.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you try to delete an active link.
Action to be taken: Close the active link and then delete the link by right clicking on the name of the link and
selecting the Delete option.
